SERIES 90 ANALYZERS

There are two basic versions of the Series 90. The original, low-voltage version is the Series 90. A high-voltage version is the Series 90HV.
Series 90
The Series 90, the low voltage version, consists of two models. The Series 90-S9, with a 9-board Expansion Cabinet, may be ordered with 1 to 9 low-voltage 128-point scanner boards. Fully loaded with scanner boards, the 9-board cabinet provides 1152 test points. The Series 90-S32, with a 32-board Expansion Cabinet, may be ordered with 1 to 32 scanner boards. The fully loaded 32-board cabinet provides 4096 test points.

Additional 9 and 32-board Expansion Cabinets can be incorporated, in any combination, in either model. They may be ordered with partial or full complements of scanner boards.

Series 90HV
The Series 90HV combines low-voltage solid-state technology with high-voltage relay technology ¾ solid-state devices for testing continuities and components at low voltage; relays for testing high-resistance isolation and high-current continuity. The high-resistance isolation tests are typically used to test the quality of harness insulation material. High-current continuity tests are used to test the quality of harness connections. Since the Series 90HV contains all the Series 90 features, it can be used as an assembly aid. A high-voltage password lock-out feature has been incorporated for operator protection. 

The Series 90HV is available in one model, the Series 90HV-S23, which has a 23-board High Voltage Expansion Cabinet. It may be ordered with 1 to 23 high-voltage 64-point scanner boards. A fully loaded 23-board cabinet provides 1472 test points.

Series 90L8 & Series 90H8
The Series 90L8, and Series 90H8 provide the PC-based power of the larger Series 90, but in an economical package for users who do not require more than 512 or 1024 test points. These analyzers are designed to operate under the control of your PC. The Series 90L8 is a low-voltage system expandable from 128 to 1024 test points. This tester is expandable in 128-point increments.  The Series 90H8 is a high-voltage system expandable in 64-point increments from 64 to 512 test points and provides isolation tests to 1,500 vdc and high current continuity tests up to 1 amp.

These analyzers provide you with all the test and build capabilities of the standard Series 90 and Series 90HV analyzers, without built-in PC controllers. They are supplied with software to run on most Windows-based computers, interconnected through their serial ports.
